UPDATE: Autopsy Determines Mother, Daughter Found Dead in Ventnor City Home Died from Blunt Force Impact

The autopsies have been completed of two women found dead at a residence in Ventnor City on Sunday morning and the investigation of their homicides continues, Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner announced.

According to authorities, the cause of death for Elaine Rosen, 87, and her daughter Michelle Gordon, 67, is multiple blunt impact injuries and the manner of death is homicide.

Officials say Rosen and Gordon were found dead at approximately 10:25 a.m., on July 8th inside a residence at 4800 Boardwalk, Ventnor City.

The joint investigation is continuing between the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit and the Ventnor City Police Department.

No arrests have been made at this time.

According to authorities, this is believed to be an isolated incident and there is no apparent danger to the public.
