Newark police hopes someone recognizes a vehicle reportedly used during an armed robbery yesterday.
Police said at approximately 11:35 p.m., officers responded Millennium Gas, located at 108 Bloomfield Avenue, for a report of an armed robbery.
Upon arrival, officers learned that two of four suspects, occupying a silver Ford Edge, entered the gas station, approached the attendant and demanded money at gunpoint.
According to police, one of the suspects was last seen wearing an orange hooded sweatshirt, a black jacket and black pants.
While police are actively searching for these suspects, they seek the public’s assistance in quickly locating and removing them from the streets.
This investigation is ongoing.
