Police in Freehold Township are investigating a stabbing that sent a man to the hospital overnight.
Units were called to the 300 block of Brandon Boulevard for a report of an injured person at that location.
Upon their arrival, they found a male victim around the age of 19 suffering a stab injury to the shoulder according to reports.
The victim was taken to an area hospital where doctors treated the non-life threatening injury.
During the investigation, police noticed one other person who suffered a minor injury as officers attempted to determine the motive for the stabbing.
The incident remains under investigation.
