22-Year-Old Paterson Man Fatally Shot Multiple Times

Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Deputy Paterson Police Chief Heriberto Rodriguez announce that at approximately 2:09 a.m. on August 27, 2017, police responded to the area of North Main Street and Jefferson Street in the city of Paterson in response to a Shotspotter activation.

Upon arrival, they located a deceased 22-year-old male victim, Davon Owens, from Paterson, near the corner of North Main and Jefferson Street, who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.

The investigation remains active and ongoing. More Information will be released once it becomes available.
