A two car crash that occurred in Newark's South Ward this morning sent two pedestrians to the hospital according to authorities.
The accident happened at around 11:35 a.m. in the 40's block of Ridgewood Avenue where emergency responders rushed to the scene after two vehicles collided causing one of the vehicles to lose control and strike two pedestrians.
There were non-life threatening injuries reported.
A driver of one of the vehicles was treated by EMS for minor injuries.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
