The City of Elizabeth held its annual Harvest Fest this evening with hundreds in attendance. The festival, which featured food, a hayride, photo props, costume contest, pumpkin contest and so much more, was held from 5 - 8 p.m. in the parking lot of the Bank of America located at 135 Jefferson Avenue.
