The Willing Heart Center will hold a school-supply giveaway Saturday for children to gear up before heading back to the classroom.
The center will be giving out book bags filled with school supplies, while providing attendees with food and activities for the children.
The event is open to children from any surrounding town.
The Metropolitan Baptist Church, Willing Heart Center is located at 555 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd. in Newark. The event will be held this Saturday from 12 - 4 p.m.
