Newark's finest police, bravest firefighters, city officials, and Santa Clause made a visit to the ShopRite supermarket on Springfield Avenue to deliver thousands of toys to children on Friday. The department has delivered over 40,000 toys to children in schools, hospitals, and hundreds of neighborhoods around Newark. Officials delivering of these gifts offered hope to thousands of kids for the holiday season.
