Randolph Crash Leaves Two Teens Dead

A single-vehicle crash in Randolph Saturday afternoon left fatally injured two teens, authorities said today.

On July 26, at approximately 1:35pm, the Township of Randolph Police Department was notified of a single-vehicle crash that occurred near 48 Ironia Road in the Township.

The investigation revealed that four juveniles were passengers in the vehicle. Two of the juveniles Jack Timmerman and Calvin Verduga, both 17, were fatally injured.

At this time, the investigation is ongoing and no additional information will be released today. Law enforcement officers from the Morris County Prosecutor's Office Major Crimes Unit, the Township of Randolph Police Department, and the Morris County Sherriff's Office Criminal Investigation Section have taken part in this on-going investigation.
