Officials at OSHA are looking into the death of a worker at the American Dream megamall location in East Rutherford.
According to OSHA officials, The Sentinel Services worker died Wednesday while driving a small vehicle when he struck a parked flatbed truck.
Officials say the unidentified worker was rushed to Hackensack University Medical Center, where he died from his injuries.
Authorities have not released any additional information stating the incident is under investigation.
