An early morning theft of a work van in Newark South Ward has police investigating.
According to the owner of the vehicle, the van went missing from the area of Madison and Ridgewood avenues at approximately 2:30 a.m.
The owner said that the van is a 2004, E-350 Ford with a license plate number L23-HSX.
