A work truck loaded with construction tools was reportedly stolen from an Elizabeth driveway, according to vehicle owner.
According to the owner, the work truck was parked in the driveway on the 600 block of Fulton street overnight.
When the owner woke up this morning, the truck (that was loaded with tools) was gone.
It has a reported NJ licenses plate number 'XCL-J76'.
