Emergency responders assisted a woman down from a roof who threatened to jump in a West Ward community Tuesday night.
It happened at around just before 11 p.m. in the 100 block of Sunset Avenue where police were called to investigate activity at that locations.
Units arrived at the scene and found an emotionally distressed female on top of a roof of a house threatening to jump.
Units were able to get the woman off the roof before she injured herself.
It is not immediately clear what initally caused the incidnet.
