Woman Killed in Medford Crash Identified

Medford

Authorities have identified a 36-year-old woman killed in a head-on crash last week.

According to Medford police, Friday afternoon, Elissia A. Clayton, 36, of Evesham, crossed the centerline near 105 Route 70 and struck a vehicle occupied by 28-year-old Danielle Sams, and Sam's two children.

Clayton's 19-month-old baby was also in her vehicle.

The children were all transported to Cooper University Hospital in Camden with injuries ranging from head injuries to broken bones.

Clayton was pronounced dead shortly after the crash.

The crash remains under investigation.
