Police in East Orange are on the search for two suspects wanted for an armed carjacking that occurred in the city overnight.
According to reports, the incident happened in the single digit block of Fairmount Terrace shortly before 11:30 p.m. where two male suspects approached a woman armed with a gun and demanded her vehicle.
The suspects wore masks when they took the woman's gray 2016 Toyota Highlander at gunpoint. The Highlander has a reported NJ license plate number "B12-HFD."
There were no physical injuries reported.
