New Jersey

Forecasters from Accu-Weather expects heavy snow to accumulate in North Jersey on Wednesday afternoon and taper off at around midnight on Thurday.

Forecasters are predicting around 6 to 12 inches in Essex, Union, Hudson, Morris, Passaic, and Morris counties and more significant amounts in higher elevations of the region.

Travel will be tough to impossible, including during the evening commute on Wednesday forecasters said.

Be prepared for significant reductions in visibility at times.

According to Accu-weather, a Winter Storm Warning for snow means severe winter weather conditions will make travel very hazardous or impossible.
