A 33-year-old Winslow Township man was fatally shot Wednesday afternoon while sitting inside a parked vehicle, according to information released by the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office.
Police were dispatched at approximately 2:03 p.m. on July 29 to the unit block of Bromley Court after receiving reports of a person who had been shot.
When officers arrived, they found the victim, identified as Domincio Fuhrtz, suffering from a gunshot wound inside a parked vehicle.
He was transported to Cooper University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at approximately 3:01 p.m.
The Camden County Prosecutor’s Office Homicide Unit and the Winslow Township Police Department are actively investigating the homicide. No arrests have been announced.
