According to information released by the New Jersey Lottery, the ticket claimed 30% of the growing jackpot and was purchased at Cedar Grove Wine Cellar, located at 402 Pompton Avenue in the township of Cedar Grove.
As of now, the progressive jackpot continues to rise, currently estimated to exceed $678,000.
This recent win adds to a surge of lottery luck that’s been sweeping through Essex County in recent weeks, with multiple players cashing in on significant prizes from various games.
