Police in Newark are on the search for suspects wanted for leaving the scene of a crash in the East Ward on Thursday night.
According to preliminary reports, officers responded to a collision near the intersection of Jefferson and South streets shortly before 10:15 p.m.
Upon arrival, witnesses told police that suspects bailed from one of the vehicles immediately after the crash.
When police searched the car, they reportedly found two guns inside the vehicle.
There were no serious injuries reported and the suspects remain at-large.
