Warren Twp. Police Investigate Attempted Luring

Township police are investigating a possible attempted luring of a 13-year-old boy this morning as he waited outside hi home for the bus.

At approximately 7:35 a.m., the Warren Township Police Department received a report that a 13 -year-old student was approached in his driveway by an individual operating a grey colored 4-door sedan (possibly a Toyota or Nissan).

While in the vehicle, the individual stated, "your bus isn't here, why don't you get in my car?" The student ran back inside the house and the incident was reported to police.

The suspect is described as a light brown skinned male in his 50's, last seen wearing a light green colored shirt, black jacket with eyeglasses and a thin mustache.

This is an active an ongoing investigation.

The Warren Township Police Department are in communication with school officials regarding this incident.
