Authorities are seeking the public’s help in locating Rashon Gordon, 30, of Newark, who is wanted for an aggravated assault that occurred on November 30th, 2018.
According to officials, at approximately 10:30 a.m., police responded to a residence on N. Munn Avenue near Tremont Avenue on a call of a stabbing.
Responding officers located an injured male victim who had been stabbed following a quarrel. The injured man was transported to University Hospital for treatment.
Detectives investigating this incident have developed sufficient evidence to identify Rashon Gordon as a suspect and have secured a warrant for his arrest on a charge of Aggravated Assault.
Gordon is described as 5’7” tall, 160 lbs., with a medium complexion, brown eyes and black hair.
While police are actively searching for Gordon, they seek the public’s assistance in quickly locating and removing him from the streets.
