Visiting Angels of Egg Harbor Township Named ‘Guardian Angel’ for Donation, Dedication to Senior Citizens

The Visiting Angels Foundation is proud to announce Visiting Angels of Egg Harbor Township is now recognized as a "Guardian Angel" thanks to its support and commitment to the company's non-profit initiative.

Membership in the Guardian Angels is exclusive to Visiting Angels franchisees who pledge to donate $5,000 or more per year to support The Visiting Angels Foundation.

The Foundation partners with community-based organizations dedicated to serving vulnerable seniors; and provides funding to these groups to continue their important and life-changing work.

"Helping senior citizens is at the core of what we do. Thanks to the generosity of Visiting Angels of Egg Harbor Township, we can extend our reach in the communities we serve," Dan Drennen, President of The Visiting Angels Foundation, said. 

"The Visiting Angels Foundation uses these donations to provide financial assistance to other great organizations who share our passion for helping seniors in need. Our promise to our donors is that we will be excellent stewards of their resources and of the trust that they have placed in us."

Some of the past beneficiaries of The Visiting Angels Foundation grants include Meals on Wheels America, the Salvation Army, and the Little Sisters of the Poor Holy Family Home. 

Organizations wishing to receive a grant must be recommended by a Visiting Angels franchise location.
