Newark authorities request the public’s help identifying the male suspect, who took a delivered package from in front of the victim’s apartment door on June 29.
Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr., stated that the suspect was captured on surveillance video at approximately 2:15 p.m. taking the package from in front of the victim’s apartment door in the 100 block of Prince Street.
The suspect, who has a grey beard and medium brown complexion, was wearing brown pants, Jordan 4 Retro sneakers, a black hoodie, and a black cap, according to Newark officials.
Director Miranda urges anyone with information on the suspect’s identity to call the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477).
