Police reported no severe injuries for a crash that occurred in a section of Newark's Central Ward Thursday night.
The violent collision happened just at the intersection of Springfield Avenue and South 12th Street around 11:47 p.m.
Police say they are trying to determine which vehicle ignored a traffic signal causing the t-bone collision.
Newark Firefighters and Hazmat Crews arrived at the scene for a fluid leak, but no occupants were trapped inside either vehicle, officials said.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
