Jersey City police are on the search for a male who is wanted for an armed robbery that occurred at a location in the city.
Police an called to the vicinity of Montgomery and Varick streets after they received reports of an armed robbery at around midnight.
Units arrived at the scene found the victim who reported that a male suspect approached then brandished a knife and demanded a cell phone.
The suspect fled the scene on foo after the robbery according to reports. There were no injuries reported.
