Police are looking for several males who are responsible for an overnight armed robbery that has the victim injured in Jersey City.
The incident happened near the intersection of Virginia Avenue and Mallory Avenue at around 2 a.m. where police were called to the scene after receiving reports of an armed robbery in progress.
According to reports, the victim was approached by several males who demanded personal possessions before they began to attack the victim.
The suspects took a wallet containing cash, and a cell phone reports said.
EMS transported the victim to Jersey City Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
Police are investigating.
