A 27-year-old Wayne man suffered minor injuries after his vehicle was rear-ended twice within minutes on the New Jersey Turnpike this morning.
According to police, a Wayne man -driving a Buick - was heading north around 5:20 a.m. when his car was rear-ended by a vehicle, which then fled.
The Buick was also struck from behind again by a Toyota Camry, which remained at the scene, police said.
The Wayne man was transported to Trinitas Hospital in Elizabeth with minor injuries.
The crashed remains under investigation.
There were no other injuries immediately reported.
