Vandals Spray Paint Home of Bergen County Sheriff

Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the ongoing investigation into vandalism at Bergen County Sheriff Anthony Cureton’s home in Englewood.   

Officials said in a statement, the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office is conducting the investigation under the direction of Chief Robert Anzilotti.

According to the Prosecutor’s Office, this morning, the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office was notified that sometime after 9:00 p.m. the previous night, Tuesday, December 8, an individual or individuals spray-painted the words, “Free them all,” in black paint on the garage door of Bergen County Sheriff Anthony Cureton’s home.  

Additionally, the perpetrator or perpetrators splattered red paint across the garage door. No charges have been brought, but the investigation is ongoing.
