The Food Safety and Inspection Service has issued a public health alert for several raw beef and pork products that may contain an undeclared allergen, according to a statement released by the agency.

Officials said the affected items may contain sesame, a known allergen, which was not listed on product labels.

While no formal recall was issued—because the products are no longer available for purchase—health officials warn that some may still be in consumers’ homes.

The products were produced between December 1, 2025, and April 6, 2026, and were packaged in 1.5-pound clear plastic containers under the “Quality Meat Sky Ranch Premium Provisions” label.

Items include marinated beef ribeye roll (bulgogi), pork tenderized butt, sliced beef short ribs (LA style), and pork belly chop (jumulleok), all with sell-by dates ranging from December 11, 2025, through April 16, 2026.

The products bear establishment number “EST. 1377” inside the USDA mark of inspection and were distributed to Lotte Plaza Market retail locations in New Jersey, Florida, Maryland, and Virginia.

According to federal officials, the issue was discovered during a routine label review when inspectors identified sesame oil being used in the products without proper allergen disclosure.

There have been no confirmed reports of illness or allergic reactions linked to the products. However, individuals with sesame allergies are urged to exercise caution.

Consumers who may still have these products in their refrigerators or freezers are advised not to consume them and should either discard them or return them to the place of purchase.

Anyone experiencing a reaction is encouraged to seek medical attention.
