UPDATE: Two Wounded After Gunmen Fire Over 40 Rounds of Bullets in Paterson Neighborhood

Passaic County authorities reported  that at approximately 8:45 p.m. on June 6, members of the Paterson Police Department were dispatched to the area of Wabash Avenue and Crooks Avenue  on a report of shots fired.

Upon their arrival, police located a crime scene, but no victim was located.

Shortly thereafter, members of the Paterson Police Department were advised that a 24-year-old male Paterson resident and a 19-year-old male Clifton resident had arrived at Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center in Paterson, separately, via private vehicles seeking treatment for non-fatal gunshot wounds.

The investigation remains active and ongoing.
