A serious crash involving a school bus (occupied by 20 students) and a car today, killed two, according to state police.
Police responded to Pemberton and Ridge roads sometime around 5 p.m. for a serious crash involving a Volkswagen Passat and a school bus.
Eight of the 20 students aboard the bus, which was occupied by students and coaching staff from Lenape High School, were hurt but no serious injuries were reported. They were transported to Virtua Hospital in Mt. Holly.
The driver - later identified as Michael Razzano, 49, of Browns Mills - and passenger - Sean McNaughton, 41, of Medford - in the Passat were both killed in the crash.
The crash remains under investigation.
