Newark Police are looking for male wanted in connection with an armed business robbery that occurred on Saturday, May 29.
Police said at approximately 8:40 p.m., police responded to a convenience store located at 833 South 14th Street on a call of an armed robbery in progress.
Police said the suspect entered the store brandishing a gun and demanding that the employees empty the cash register.
According to police, after taking approximately $500.00, the suspect fled headed southbound on South 14thStreet.
While police are actively investigating this incident, they seek the public’s help in quickly identifying this suspect as part of this investigation.
