Newark – The driver of the motor vehicle in the police involved shooting that occurred last night in Newark on Irvine Turner Blvd has died.
Police identified the man as as Gregory Griffin, 46, of Newark.
He was pronounced dead this afternoon at University Hospital according to police.
A second suspect remains in critical condition.
