ARRESTED: Hudson County authorities said Mr. Jahquell Carter, who was wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of a 17-year-old Jersey City girl, was apprehended and arrested this morning just after 7 a.m.
Office said Carter was found in Plymouth Borough, Pennsylvania, by members of the HCPO Homicide Task Force, the Plymouth Borough Police Department, Pennsylvania State Police, Lycoming County Sheriff's Office, PA State Parole, and the N.Y./N.J. Regional Marshals Fugitive Task Force.
