UPDATE: Paterson, Lodi Women Struck by Gunfire in Paterson

Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Paterson Police Chief Ibrahim Baycora announce that at approximately 10:02 p.m. on June 29, 2020, members of the Paterson Police Department were dispatched to the area of East 25th Street and 15th Avenue in Paterson on a report of shots fired.

Upon arrival responding officers discovered a potential crime scene, but no victims were located.

Police say a short time later members of the Paterson Police Department were advised that a 24-year-old woman Paterson resident and a 24-year-old woman Lodi resident arrived at Saint Joseph’s Regional Medical Center in Paterson seeking treatment for non-fatal gunshot wounds.

The investigation remains active and ongoing.
