UPDATE: Non-Life Threatening Injuries Reported for Two Men Shot in Paterson

Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Paterson Police Chief Troy Oswald announce that at approximately 10:08 p.m. Wednesday night members of the Paterson Police Department were dispatched to the area of East 19th Street Paterson, on a report of shots fired.

Upon arrival police located a 20-year-old male Paterson resident and a 22-year old male Paterson resident who sustained non-fatal gunshot wounds.

The victims were immediately transported to St Joseph’s Regional Medical Center in Paterson for treatment.

A potential crime scene was located in the area of East 19th Street.

The investigation remains active and ongoing.
