UPDATE: Man Wanted for Robbing Pharmaceutical Delivery Man

Police in Newark requests the public’s help in locating Mr. Gregory D. Brown, 32, Mr. Marquis Reynolds, 29, both of Newark, and Mr. Enrique Cruz, 36, of Belleville, who are each being sought for separate incidents.

Police say Brown is wanted for an August 27, robbery at 65 Jay Street. The suspect stole pharmaceuticals from a deliveryman at gunpoint.

Detectives identified Brown as a suspect and obtained a warrant for his arrest on robbery and weapons charges.

He is described as 6-ft. tall and 200 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes.

Reynolds is being sought for a September 24, aggravated assault in the 800 block of Broad Street.

Responding officers located a man who was knocked unconscious and injured after a quarrel with another man.

Police identified Marquis Reynolds as a suspect and a warrant for his arrest has been issued. He is described as 5’9” tall and 150 lbs. with a medium brown complexion, black hair and brown eyes.

Cruz is wanted for a September 22, 2019 carjacking at Bloomfield Place and Broadway.

According to police a man’s car keys and vehicle were stolen by a suspect, who later threatened and assaulted the victim and a second man when he was found inside the car.

Detectives identified Enrique Cruz, also known as “E”, as a suspect and obtained a warrant for his arrest on charges of carjacking and two counts of aggravated assault.

Cruz is described as 5’11” tall and 220 lbs. He has a light complexion, brown hair and brown eyes. He also has a tattoo on his right arm featuring the word “Gordo” and one on his left arm featuring the word “Coqui.”

Police seek the public’s assistance in quickly locating each of these suspects so they can be removed from our streets.

These investigations are ongoing.
