UPDATE: Man Stabbed to Death During Fight at Passaic Night Club

Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Passaic Police Chief Luis A. Guzman announce that on Sunday at approximately 2:30 a.m., police officers responded to the area of 115 President Street in the City of Passaic in response to a report of a fight in progress outside the Fiesta Night Club.

Upon their arrival, the officers discovered Mr. Juan- Manuel Marquez, 36, from Passaic, who had suffered apparent stab wounds.

Police say Mr. Marquez was bleeding, unresponsive and was transported to St. Joseph’s University Medical Center for emergency treatment.

At approximately 3:31 a.m. Mr. Marquez succumbed to his wounds and was pronounced deceased.

This investigation is active and ongoing.
