The Mercer County Homicide Task Force and the Trenton Police Department are investigating a Tuesday afternoon double shooting in Trenton.
Authorities said just after 3:30 p.m. on Trenton, police responded to a ShotSpotter activation for multiple rounds fired in the 1100 block of N. Willow Street in Trenton.
Police say upon arrival, officers located two adult shooting victims, a male and a female.
The male victim was pronounced dead a short time later.
Police said the female shooting victim was transported to the hospital in serious condition.
No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
