A man who was found suffering fatal gunshot wounds in a Newark neighborhood has been identified by family and friend who are set to have his funeral today at a Newark funeral home.
County officials have not released official information regarding a brutal attack on a man that occurred on South 15th Street during the late night hours of October 7th.
The community has identified the man as **Mr. Shane A. Rouse** a Newark resident.

According to reports, Mr. Rouse died after someone reportedly pulled a gun and fired shots at his head during the overnight hours of Sunday into Monday.
Funeral services will be held at Cotton's Funeral Home from 10 am to 12 pm in Newark's South Ward.
Authorities have not announced an official arrest of a suspect at this time.
