Authorities today identified the 21-year-old man found dead in a West Ward park Thursday morning.
Shortly after 5a.m., a man walking his dog at Ivy Hill Park discovered the body of Quadrique Barner.
Upon arrival, police determined that Barber was a victim of a shooting.
No arrests have been made.
An investigation is active and ongoing .
