Police are investigating the death of a man who drowned Sunday at a Montvale health club pool.
Police responded to Lifetime Fitness on Van Riper Way shortly before 11 a.m. for a report of unconscious male in the pool.
Upon arrival, police found the middle-aged man out of the pool with Triboro Ambulance and paramedic units trying to revive him.
The man was transported to Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, where he was pronounced dead.
The man's identity is being withheld at this time.
The incident remains under investigation.
