Police arrested a 33-year-old Harrison man wanted in connection with an aggravated assault and robbery that occurred on Monday.
According to police, at approximately 1:20 a.m., a woman was attacked and robbed in the 200-block of Chadwick Avenue.
Police said Newark detectives developed evidence that indicated **Mr. Ivan Rodriguez 33,** as the suspect when they arrested and charged him with Aggravated Assault and Robbery.
These charges lodged against Mr. Rodriguez are mere accusations.
Mr. Rodriguez is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
