Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Passaic Police Chief Luis A. Guzman announced that at approximately 6:16, pm. on Thursday members of the Passaic Police Department responded to the area of First and Passaic Street Passaic on a report of shots fired.
Passaic County officials said upon arrival members of the Passaic Police located evidence of a crime scene, but no victim was located.
The investigation remains active and ongoing.
