UPDATE: Deadly Shooting Near Teen Birthday Party in Paterson Leaves One Dead, Three Injured

Authorities in Passaic County are investigating a shooting that left one man dead and three others injured in Paterson evening.

 

According to information released by Camelia M. Valdes and Patrick Murray, officers responded to reports of gunfire around 6:13 p.m. on April 18, in the area of East 29th Street and 10th Avenue.

 

When police arrived, they located four individuals suffering from gunshot wounds. 

All victims were transported to Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center for treatment.

 

One of the victims, a 20-year-old man from Oxford, New Jersey, was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at the hospital. 

Two other victims remain in critical condition, while a fourth victim is reported to be in stable condition.

 

Officials said the investigation remains active and ongoing, and no additional details have been released at this time.
