UPDATE: Camden County Man Charged with Killing his Elderly Father After Dispute

The Camden County Prosecutor’s Office charged a Winslow Township man with the death of his 75-year-old father. 

Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay Said on Friday, December 30, at approximately 3:13 a.m., Winslow Township Police Officers were dispatched to a home on Kresson Court for a report of a dispute between Joseph Mastranduono Sr., 75, and his son, Joseph Mastranduono Jr., 44.  

Officers arrived at the home and located an unresponsive Joseph Mastranduono Sr.    

According to Prosecutor  MacAulay, at 4:34 a.m., Joseph Mastranduono Sr. was pronounced deceased at Jefferson Washington Township Hospital.

An investigation was conducted by detectives of the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office Homicide Unit and Winslow Township Police Department (NJ) detectives that resulted in Joseph Mastranduono Jr. being charged with first-degree Aggravated Manslaughter.

Prosecutor MacAulay said Joseph Mastranduono Jr. is currently hospitalized, and he will be transported to Camden County Correctional Facility when he is released from the hospital.
