Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer and Toms River Police Chief Mitch Little have announced that Margarita Diaz, 44, of Manchester Township, has been identified as the victim of the homicide that occurred on Wednesday, at Deer Chase Professional Park, Route 37 West, in Toms River Township.
The Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crime Unit, the Toms River Township Police Department, and Ocean County Sheriff’s Department Crime Scene Investigation Unit are actively investigating this homicide.
Prosecutor Billhimer expects to be able to release more information this week.
The investigation is ongoing.
