NEWARK – Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, is investigating the fatal beating of Mr. Waali Bailey, 45, of East Orange.
Police said on Wednesday, June 10 Bailey was severely beaten in the 400 block of 4th Avenue.
Medical Professionals pronounced him dead at the scene at 6:21 p.m.
The apartment complex sits on the border of Newark and East Orange.
No arrests have been made.
