NJ Lottery officials announced that a Union County player matched five numbers Tuesday, just missing out on the Cash Ball, to secure the cash option of $1 million for the CASH4LIFE’s $1,000 a week for life prize.

The winning numbers were: 04, 06, 08, 33, and 35, and the Cash Ball was 02, lottery officials stated.
According to NJ lottery officials, the winning ticket was purchased at Varsha Convenience Store, 900 Grove St., Elizabeth.
The retailer will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the prize, lottery officials say.
NJ Lottery officials said that the game has seen some big wins in New Jersey this year, as two New Jersey players won big in May.
A player in Union County won the top prize on May 14, selecting the $7 million cash value; and a Middlesex player won the $1 million cash prize on May 14, lottery officials said.
Last week, lottery officials stated that another $1 million prize was sold in Bergen County.
