A 31-year-old Union City Man plead not guilty today to charges of murder, robbery and weapons possession in Passaic County Superior Court.
Samuel Rua, is accused of stabbing 17-year-old Nadjhier Barner-Timmons to death.On Friday, Rua was arrested in the area of Market Street and E. 26th Street.
Rua is being held on a $1 million dollar bail.
The case has been referred to a grand jury.
